"I created Platinum Point to improve the current state of the dental industry. Our brand is about spreading awareness for dental health and supporting a revolution.”
- Matthew Ray Gonzales
Our story is one of triumph over adversity, turning personal struggles into a mission to spread dental health awareness. From early childhood into young adulthood, my journey began as a silent battle. Periodontal disease casted a shadow on so many parts of my life. From countless procedures, dental appointments, and mental stress, I decided to turn my pain into purpose. This business stands as a testament to the resilience of the human spirit and the power behind a passion for change. Every smile has a story.
Throughout one’s life, challenges often emerge unexpectedly, testing resilience and determination. One battle that many face silently is a relentless struggle against dental health, a struggle I’m very familiar with. However, out of this personal adversity, a shining beacon of hope emerged -Platinum Point. A business born from a lifelong battle with chronic periodontal disease. In creating Platinum Point, my mission is to transform these struggles into a force for positive change. Knowledge is the key to prevention, and everyone deserves the tools and information to take charge of their oral health.
Oral health is the gateway to your wellbeing. Here are a few helpful tips to ensure a brighter and healthier smile!
• Flossing
- One of the best methods for flossing would be to use a waterpik flosser. They are easy to use and work great for cleaning out bacteria in-between teeth, highly recommended
• Tongue Cleaning
- Cleaning your tongue matters just as much as brushing your teeth! Using a tongue scraper or toothbrush can remove billions of bacteria and debris.
• Toothbrush Storage
- Allow your toothbrush to air dry between uses to prevent the growth of new bacteria. Avoid storage in closed containers.
• Protect Enamel
- Avoid brushing for 30 minutes after eating or drinking anything acidic. Acidic foods can soften enamel, and immediate brushing can lead to enamel erosion.
Go visit your local dentist! Your oral health reflects your overall health. Many diseases manifest in the mouth, even if you have no visual dental issues, preventative care is extremely important.
Welcome to our dedication to spreading awareness about dental health in animals! Just like humans, our furry friends need proper dental care to maintain overall health and well-being. In this post, we'll explore why dental hygiene is crucial for animals and share tips for keeping their smiles bright and healthy.
Why Dental Health Matters -
Dental issues can affect animals just as much as they do humans. Poor dental hygiene can lead to various health problems, including gum disease, tooth decay, and even systemic issues such as heart and kidney disease.
Signs of Dental Disease -
Essential for pet owners to be aware of the signs of dental problems in their animals. Common indicators include bad breath, swollen gums, difficulty eating, pawing at the mouth, and excessive drooling. If you notice any of these signs, it's crucial to consult with a veterinarian promptly.
Our Tips
Just like humans, animals benefit from regular brushing to remove plaque and prevent tartar buildup. Use a toothbrush and toothpaste specifically designed for your pet's species and size.
2. Chew Toys & Treats -
Chewing on appropriate toys and treats can help clean your pet's teeth and massage their gums. Look for products specifically labeled as promoting dental health.
3. Balanced Diet :
Providing your pet with a balanced diet rich in nutrients can support their overall dental health. Avoid feeding them too many sugary or starchy treats, as these can contribute to tooth decay.
4. Routine Veterinary Check-Ups:
Regular visits to the veterinarian are essential for maintaining your pet's dental health. Your vet can perform professional cleanings and check for any signs of dental problems during these appointments.
By prioritizing dental awareness and care for our beloved animals, we can help them lead happier, healthier lives. Remember to be proactive about your pet's dental health by implementing regular brushing, providing appropriate toys and treats, and scheduling routine veterinary checkups. Together, we can keep their smiles bright for years to come!
Proverbs 3:5-6 - Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.
Galations 2:20 - I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
John 16:33 - I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.
Romans 8:28 - And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
Psalm 3:3 - But you, Lord, are a shield around me, my glory, the One who lifts my head high.
